Castatank es una agencia inmobiliaria de nueva creación que quería desarrollar un sistema de gestión de relaciones con los clientes y generación de leads que pudiera agilizar el proceso de ventas.
Se necesitaba lo siguiente para que el sistema fuera más eficaz que otros en el mercado
- Búsqueda y listado de propiedades de MLS que permite a los compradores solicitar visitas de las propiedades que eligieron
- Sistema de flujo de trabajo para distribuir estos clientes potenciales a múltiples agencias, cada una con múltiples agentes.
- Sistema de automatización de marketing por correo electrónico que permitiría realizar campañas por correo electrónico y SMS para clientes potenciales.
- CRM sofisticado para que los clientes potenciales realicen un seguimiento de todas las comunicaciones, búsquedas, historial de visualización y más
DESAFÍO
Casatank had worked with many systems that were built to provide lead generation and prospect management. None of them included all the features they needed in one place. As well, many of the systems were bogged down with unnecessary complexity making them hard to use. There was a need to build a system that would be easy to use and provide the necessary functionality.
SOLUCIONES
A function storyboarding and design process was completed to ensure the needs were met. It took multiple iterations to get the necessary fundability while creating the flow needed. Since this was done through JIGs proven process, development costs were saved by avoiding unnecessary revisions. Throughout development the client was kept up to date of progress through a staging site until the final delivery and release. In the end a compelling easy to use system was created.
